Why this kitchen exists

It started at home, in the mundane moments, and the ordinary chaos.

I grew up genuinely loving cooking and baking. Then I became a mom, and somewhere along the way, it started to feel like just another chore that never ended. There was always another meal, another mess, another thing that needed to be done. I lost the love for it for a few years.

When I met Jesus though, he started changing the way I looked at those everyday moments. I realized I didn't have to rush through them. I could slow down, be intentional, pray while I worked, and use the time in my kitchen to pour my heart into my family.

That change in perspective is really where this little business began.

I wanted to make wholesome food with mostly organic ingredients, fewer things I couldn't pronounce, and ingredients that felt more like what the good Lord intended for us to enjoy. But more than that, I wanted to create something that could bless my family and eventually bless the people around us too.

So here we are - making small batches from our kitchen, sharing wholesome food, helping provide for our family, and hopefully reminding people that even the most ordinary moments can hold a little bit of joy.
